Personal and Non-Personal Information

When visiting our web site in order to enroll in one of our programs, make a purchase, register to use certain services, enter a contest, respond to a survey, or update your information, you may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information about yourself ("Personal Information"), such as your name, e-mail address, physical address, telephone number, date of birth, mother's maiden name, or Social Security number. If you do not want to receive future promotional information from Affinion Group or any of its subsidiary companies, you may let us know by sending an e-mail to service@affiniongroup.com, with a "Privacy Policy" subject line. Please include your User Name and the words "block from Affinion Group and its subsidiary companies" in your email.

We may provide Personal Information relating to your transactions with us or our experience with you to our subsidiary companies, including the membership services operated by them (including those existing currently or in the future).

We will respond to such written requests within 30 days following receipt at the e-mail or mailing address stated above. If we receive your request at a different e-mail or mailing address, we will respond within a reasonable period of time, but not to exceed 150 days from the date received. Please note that we are only required to respond to each customer once per calendar year.
