Customer Care Agents – We have customer care centers located throughout the US. When we search for customer care agents we look for customer focused people who can provide grade A service to our members. Our agents are energetic, clear communicators and quick learners.
When we are hiring a team of individuals for a customer care class, interested candidates are reviewed based on their resume. If our recruiters think you will be a good fit for our team, you will be called for a phone screen. The last step is to interview with members of the contact center management.
