Todd H. Siegel, Chief Executive Officer

Todd H. Siegel was appointed Chief Executive Officer in September of 2012. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from November 2008, having been promoted from Executive Vice President and General Counsel, a role he assumed in October 17, 2005. Mr. Siegel joined us in November 1999 as a member of the Membership Division of the Legal Department of Cendant and served as General Counsel of Trilegiant starting in July 2003 and Cendant Marketing Group starting in January 2004. Prior to joining Cendant, Mr. Siegel was employed as a corporate associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom; and prior to that he was employed as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Young.

Greg Miller, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Gregory S. Miller was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Affinion and Affinion Holdings as of January 20, 2014. From July 2011 until January 17, 2014, Mr. Miller served as Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Divisional Operations, for The Madison Square Garden Company with responsibility for all financial matters of its operating divisions as well as its corporate strategic and financial planning divisions. From May 2007 until June 2011, Mr. Miller served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the North American Division of Affinion with responsibility for all financial matters for North American Operating Business Units. Mr. Miller served as Senior Vice President of Finance of Affinion from June 2005 until May 2007, the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis of Trilegiant from June 2003 until June 2005, the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis of Trilegiant from October 2000 until June 2003, and the Senior Manager of Accounting of Cendant Membership Services from December 1999 until October 2000. Prior to his tenure at Affinion, he held various positions at Citizens Communications and The Coca Cola Bottling Company of New York. From 1992 until 1994, Mr. Miller was employed with Coopers & Lybrand.

Bob Lyons, Chief Operating Officer

Bob Lyons is an Operations and Technology leader with a 20-year track record of successful revitalization and transformation in high volume, large-scale global service transaction and technology environments across various industries including telecommunications, hi tech, healthcare, financial services, computing and software.

Lyons was named Chief Operating Officer of Affinion Group in February 2014 and has oversight of the company’s Global Operations and Technology. In this role, he is responsible for shaping Affinion’s long-term technology vision and driving innovation across the company during a transformative time.

Previously, Lyons was Executive Vice President, Technology and Operations of Ascend Learning, LCC, a leading provider of technology-based educational, curriculum and assessment solutions for the healthcare industry and other vocational fields. Ascend Learning is majority owned by Providence Equity, a leading private equity firm with significant investments in both higher education and healthcare.

Prior to Ascend, Lyons held executive positions with several companies where he displayed a deep operational understanding and passion for developing new strategies and technologies to improve productivity and efficiency. Of particular note is his extensive experience working with Customer Care operations around the globe to improve customer experiences and strengthen relationships.

Lyons earned his master’s degree in management and technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y., and a bachelors’ degree in business management from Moravian College, Bethlehem, PA.

Brian Fisher, Executive Vice President, General Counsel

Brian J. Fisher was appointed Executive Vice President and General Counsel on March 1, 2014. Prior to that, he served as General Counsel of Affinion’s North American business. Mr. Fisher joined us in November, 2002 as a member of the Legal Department. Prior to joining Affinion, Mr. Fisher was employed as a corporate associate at Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, LLP. Mr. Fisher holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and an A.B. degree from Harvard University.

Michele Conforti, President and Managing Director of Global Customer Engagement

Michele Conforti was appointed President and Managing Director of Global Customer Engagement on February 26, 2014. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President Managing Director and CFO of Affinion International beginning in 2010, having been promoted from Senior Vice President and CFO, a role he began in 2007. Prior to joining Affinion International in 2007, he spent ten years with American Express holding various key positions including CFO of Establishment Services International, a BU/Division of American Express. Prior to American Express, Mr. Conforti also held positions with Enel as VP/Head of Corporate Financial Analysis–Investor Relations and with DHL International as Area Controller.

Robert Dudacek, President, Insurance Services

Robert J. Dudacek was appointed President, Insurance Services as of October 1, 2013. Mr. Dudacek joined Affinion as General Manager of Insurance in February 2013. Prior to joining Affinion, Mr. Dudacek was Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo Insurance, leading the direct response insurance group from October 2006 to February 2013. From October 2004 to October 2006, Mr. Dudacek was Vice President of Client Management at ReMark Americas, a global insurance marketing company. Prior to that, Mr. Dudacek held various positions in the Financial Services Division of Minnesota Life, A Securian Company from June 1992 to October 2004.

Scott Lazear, President, Connexions Loyalty

Scott Lazear was appointed President, Connexions Loyalty in June of 2010. Mr. Lazear served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Client Management and Strategy for Affinion Benefits Group from July 2006 to June 2010. Mr. Lazear was Senior Vice President of Business Development and Client Solutions for Cendant Marketing Group from April 2003 to July 2006. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Trilegiant Loyalty Solutions from March 1999 to April of 2003. Prior to his tenure at Affinion, he served as Vice President of Business Development for NCCI from October 1993 until March of 1999.

James C. Daly, Jr., Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

James C. Daly, Jr. was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Affinion as of December 1, 2012. Mr. Daly was formerly the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Affinion from February 2012 to December 2012. Prior to his tenure at Affinion, Mr. Daly was employed as Vice President, Head of Human Resources at Standard & Poor’s from 2007 until 2012. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Daly served as Principal in the investment firm, Caydal, LLC. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Daly served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for News America Marketing, a News Corporation company. Prior to 1995, Mr. Daly held various human resources roles with Kraft Foods, American Express and General Foods Corporation.
